Elnur Baghirov, Chairman of the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Mammad Hasanov, winner of the fifth “Yuksalish” Competition, as part of the Mentorship Program.

During the meeting, the winner’s individual development plan was discussed, and an exchange of views was held on enhancing his management skills and supporting his professional development.

The Chairman of the Agency congratulated the winner on his achievement and emphasized the significance of the competition in identifying promising professionals with strong management capabilities and facilitating their involvement in management positions.

The meeting also addressed the winner’s future individual development goals in his respective field. His interests and views on the areas in which he seeks further development were discussed. Recommendations were provided on further strengthening his management skills and enhancing his professional competencies. It was emphasized that comprehensive support would be provided for his professional development.

The “Yuksalish” Competition was established pursuant to an Order signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on July 26, 2019. The winners participate in a one-year individual development program under the guidance of mentors and receive a AZN 20,000 award to support their personal development.

On December 10, 2025, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, signed a relevant Order concerning the organization of the sixth “Yuksalish” Competition.
