The internship program is aimed at reinforcing students’ theoretical knowledge through practical experience, familiarizing them with the principles of public administration, and enhancing their preparedness for future professional careers.
A meeting was held at the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with students who completed practical internships at the State Agency during May and June of this year.
During the meeting, participants were provided with detailed information about the State Agency’s main areas of activity, corporate values, and career opportunities for young people. The progress of the internship program was also reviewed, while students shared their feedback and suggestions and had their questions addressed.
A total of 23 students participated in the internship program during the period concerned. The interns represented Baku State University, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ADA University, and the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Of these, 14 students successfully completed their internships, while 9 continue to participate in the program.
Individual internship plans were developed for students assigned to various structural units of the State Agency, and their activities were carried out in accordance with the respective plans.
The State Agency will continue to cooperate with higher education institutions to support young people in gaining practical experience in civil service and contribute to the development of a qualified workforce.
