Portal users can now also sign documents electronically with SİMA İmza, in addition to the existing methods.

The State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has made it possible to sign documents with SİMA İmza on the Unified Internet Portal of Public Procurement (https://etender.gov.az/).

Previously, portal users could sign documents electronically with ASAN İmza and SİMA Token. SİMA İmza is now available alongside these methods.

At present, the head of a supplier company can use SİMA İmza on the portal to sign the company’s financial statements and an application for a certificate from the State Tax Service.

This enhancement simplifies electronic document signing, saves time and reduces the administrative burden on procurement participants, making the process more efficient and flexible. Expanding the range of electronic signature options on the portal also gives users greater choice of signing method and makes electronic services more accessible.
